Each piece is handmade and one of a kind. Slight variations, marks of the handcrafted process, or small imperfections are part of the piece’s character and are not considered defects.

Returns and refunds are not accepted, except in cases where the item arrives damaged during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and the packaging so I can assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
